The Samaritan Counseling Center offers educational and consulting services as well as individual and family counseling. The center works with individual businesses and their staff to develop personal skills that encourage better working relationships and individual productivity. These new skills can have a positive impact on reaching company goals.

Staff Development Seminars can be scheduled on a one-time, weekly or monthly basis.

Seminar series includes:

STRESS MANAGEMENT
There are physical, emotional and relational symptoms of stress exhaustion. This workshop includes a personal profile to identify the physical and emotional levels of stress exhaustion and will teach strategies for managing those areas that are within our control.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION/ANGER MANAGEMENT
Communication issues may derail personal and company goals. This seminar will help attendees become aware of ineffective communication styles and anger triggers, and will teach skills that increase good communication and defuse anger.

TEAM BUILDING
This presentation is designed to encourage trust in work relationships by identifying personal strengths, promoting an understanding of individual personalities, and utilizing exercises that improve positive interaction.
